A clone is your own knowledge answering when you are not there. You upload what you already have, your classes, your videos, your PDFs or your website, and it answers with that and only that. When it does not know something, it says so instead of making it up.
It handles the support you answer yourself today, it sells your products when someone asks about them, and it walks your students through the course. It can live inside your training and, in there, it knows which lesson the question is coming from.
And it can be a clone of you, speaking in the first person and writing the way you write, or your brand's assistant with its own name and face. That is decided in Identity.
It answers the way you would, under the rules you set it
Is this any use if I am just starting and have no customers yet?
Yes, and that is exactly where module 2 starts: your first customers do not come from ads, they come from the people who already know you.
From your class 12, "Your first customers"
Identity
Who it is. Either you speaking in the first person, or your brand's assistant with its own name and face.
Brain
What it knows. You upload your material and it is transcribed and sorted on its own. There is one per account, so you upload once.
Versions
Where it lives and how it behaves there. A version is your clone tuned for one place and one audience.
All three live inside the Brain and differ in how much you decide. In the first the clone learns and answers on its own, in the second you dictate the answer, and in the third you write what is official and no longer up for discussion.
This is the material it learns from. A video, a PDF, your website, a whole course or plain text goes in, and it is transcribed and split on its own.
Its answers come from here, so the clone is worth whatever you upload. No material, no clone, however well the rest is set up.
For the questions where you do not want it improvising, like the price or what happens if someone asks for a refund. You write the answer and the clone uses it.
And you can attach an action to it: hand over a PDF, take them to checkout, or pass the conversation to a person.
The official word on each product: what it includes, what it costs, who it is for and who it is not for.
When someone asks about it, the clone answers from there and not from something you said in a video two years ago. That is what stops it contradicting its own price.
A version is your clone tuned for one place and one audience. They all share the same brain, so the material is uploaded once, but each has its own name, tone, greeting and message limit.
And its own reach: for every folder of your material you tell that version whether to teach it, sell it or ignore it. That way the same thing is explained in full inside the course and only mentioned outside, without giving it away.
In Conversations you open any answer and see which material it used, what it remembered about that person and which instructions it had in front of it.
If you did not like it, you write there and then how you would have put it, and that becomes the right answer from the next time on.
If the clone cannot resolve something, or someone asks for a person, it offers the way out right there in the chat: they send you an email without leaving the conversation and it lands in your inbox. Nobody is left stranded talking to a clone.
And you are left with the list of what people ask that it still cannot answer, which is where training it further pays off.
