Every time your clone replies to someone. It does not matter where they write from, your site, WhatsApp or inside a course, and it does not matter how long the reply is.
Nothing stops. We warn you at 75% and at 90%, and if you reach the end you buy a block of 100 and carry on. No surprises on the bill, because you buy each block yourself.
We count the contacts in your address book, including students. We notify you at 75% and 90%. Above your purchased capacity, you have up to 7 days of grace with an extra 10% maximum, whichever comes first. New campaigns and marketing sequences then pause. Access, purchase and necessary service emails continue. You can add contact blocks on any plan. Imports must fit your purchased capacity; new students and signups keep coming in.
Whenever you want, up or down, from your account. Moving up prorates what is left of the month; moving down takes effect on the next one.
