Every time your clone replies to someone. It does not matter where they write from, your site, WhatsApp or inside a course, and it does not matter how long the reply is.
We warn you at 75% and at 90%. If you reach the end, your clone pauses until you buy a block of 100 responses, which takes one click. If you would rather it never stops, turn on auto top-up and set the spending cap you want: no surprises on the bill, because you decide the limit.
All you have, on any plan. The only cap is fair use: 100 million words, about 11,000 hours of video lessons. If you ever get close, we'll let you know.
We count the contacts in your address book, including students. We notify you at 75% and 90%. Above your purchased capacity, you have up to 7 days of grace with an extra 10% maximum, whichever comes first. New campaigns and marketing sequences then pause. Access, purchase and necessary service emails continue. You can add contact blocks on any plan. Imports must fit your purchased capacity; new students and signups keep coming in.
Whenever you want, up or down, from your account. Moving up prorates what is left of the month; moving down takes effect on the next one.
