Delete social data

Next to the privacy policy. It covers Clonify's Meta app.

How to ask

  1. Sign in to Facebook or Instagram with the account you connected to Clonify.
  2. Open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (on Instagram: Settings → Accounts Centre → Your apps and websites).
  3. Choose Clonify, remove it and tick the option to delete the data the app has about you.

Meta tells us straight away. We disconnect the Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts and Threads profiles linked to that user, delete the access token and cancel anything that had not been published yet. You can also disconnect them yourself under Settings → Social accounts, without going through Meta.

What this does not delete

What was already published stays on Facebook, Instagram or Threads until you delete it there. The clone's Instagram messages are a different connection: they are disconnected under Channels, inside each clone. The rest of the data is described in the privacy policy.

Meta's automatic notice

The address Meta calls on its own, when the app is removed, is https://www.clonify.com/api/meta/data-deletion. The reply includes a code and a link to this page. From another account, write to privacy@clonify.com.
