A letter from Clonify's founder
Hello,
When ChatGPT appeared, I thought I could finally delegate part of the work in my business. I soon discovered the limit. AI could give me an answer, but it could not take it to where the work actually happened.
I have spent 9 years running Emprende Aprendiendo, an online academy that has taught more than 100,000 students.
During that time, I hosted the videos in one tool, managed the courses in another, built landing pages and sales funnels in another, and sent the newsletter and its automations from yet another. Every change forced me to open several tabs, copy information and make sure everything still fitted together.
AI seemed to promise that it would finally simplify all of that. But if I asked it for an email, it gave me text I still had to copy and paste into my email tool.
And if I wanted a GPT to support a student, I had to give them a link that took them out of my academy and over to OpenAI. On top of that, I could not see what that student was asking, where they were getting stuck or what problem they were really trying to solve.
ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini knew a great deal, but they did not know what was happening inside my business. The problem had not disappeared. It had grown.
That is when I realised AI could not live in another tab or take my students outside my own environment. It had to live inside the business. It needed to understand my products, my students, my classes, my business rules and my processes. It also needed to let me see what people were asking and where they were getting stuck.
That is where Clonify came from.
