Answer your email with your clone

The Inbox is your email inside Clonify. You forward the address you already use, it arrives here and you answer from here, and whoever receives it sees it leave from your usual address, with no via Clonify.

What changes is who writes the first draft. Your clone has already read your material and knows how you answer, so it opens the email, works out what it is about and leaves the reply written. You read it, touch it up if needed and send it.

This is also where the conversations your clone could not resolve end up: when someone asks for a person, that email lands in the Inbox with the whole conversation behind it.

The email comes in and the draft is already written

From a student

I bought the course in March and it will not let me into module 4. Could you look into it?

I checked her access: module 4 opens two weeks after starting, so hers opens on Monday. If you prefer, I can open it by hand now.

Draft from your clone, you send it

Three steps and it is running

  1. 1

    Pick your address

Something like yourname@inbox.clonify.com. It is what receives underneath, not what your people see.

  2. 2

    Forward your email

From the Gmail or mailbox you already use, send a copy to that address. Your usual email keeps working exactly as before.

  3. 3

    Reply from your own domain

You paste a few records once and replies go out from your address. It works without this step too, but they go out from ours with your name on them.

What your clone does with your email

It leaves the draft written

With Process inbox it goes email by email: it reads, sums up what it is about and writes the reply.

And it is not a boilerplate answer, because it has read your material: if they ask about the price of the course, it answers with the one on its product details.

You know who is writing

Every email carries its tags, the same ones your contacts have: when you open it you can see whether the sender is a student, someone who asked months ago, or a customer from years back.

You can filter the inbox by tag, so you clear everything alike in one go instead of jumping between topics.

It sends nothing without you

Everything it writes stays a draft. You read it, change it if you need to and hit send yourself.

Same when you run the inbox from Claude or ChatGPT: your AI proposes, and the proposals wait here for your approval.

It learns while the two of you answer email

There is nothing to set up before you start. What you tell it as you answer gets written down as memories: how long refunds take, which customers are not a fit, that you do not want long dashes in your emails.

Templates are born the same way. When a draft is good enough you tell it to keep it, and it saves it with a note on when to use it. Next time an email of that kind comes in, it offers it to you already written.

All of it can be edited or deleted. If a memory sounds wrong you change it, and the clone stops using it on the next email.

Interested lead, not much volume yet

When to useFits the product but is just starting out. Explain the price and let them decide, without pushing for a call.

Learned while answering email

In emails, paragraphs of one or two sentences and a blank line between ideas.

What the clone cannot solve ends up here

When someone asks something your clone does not know, or asks for a person, the chat offers to write to you without leaving the conversation.

That email lands in your Inbox with the whole conversation behind it, so before you answer you can see what they were already told and you do not make them repeat themselves.
