Jose Elias's clone explains his services and gives advice on his site

Every day someone comes in wanting to hire him
His site sells sessions with him, speaking slots and his book, and every day people come in wanting to hire him or tell him about a project. Someone with that schedule cannot field those questions, and with nobody on the other side they went unanswered or ended up in an email that took days.
They ask about his services and pitch him projects
Most of what the clone gets asked is about his products and services: what each session includes, how long it lasts, who it is for and what happens after booking. People ask right on the page they are looking at, and the clone, which knows the whole catalogue, answers with the terms of that specific service. The second most common thing is business projects, people pitching an idea or asking for his opinion on something they are building. There the clone does free consulting using his criteria: it asks for the numbers, points out what does not add up and gives its view.
He reads it later, in his panel
José has every conversation in his panel: who came in, from which page, what they asked and what the clone answered. He can read them whenever he wants and see what his audience talks to him about without having sat through any of it. The small day-to-day things also show up there, a payment with no confirmation or a heads-up that something on the site is broken.
It knows when to stop selling
It is not a pushy salesperson, which is the hard part of a clone that sells expensive services. It recommends the session when the person is a fit, and when someone says they cannot afford it, it stops pushing and keeps helping for free. That is what he would do, and it is why people stay in the conversation instead of closing the chat.
