Roger Daglan teaches holiday rental hosts how to price their property. His training programme is called The Pricing Lab.

The challenge
Before Clonify, Roger had his business spread across several tools, and he paid a fee for each one.
He used Calendly so clients could book a call with him. He recorded his explainer videos with Loom. And he wrote to his contact list from a third tool.
The cost was not the worst part. What Roger explained in those calls and those videos stayed locked inside each tool, so his clone never got to learn any of it.
With Clonify
Roger moved each piece into Clonify.
His website came first. His site is built here, and inside it lives the campus where his students watch the course and join his live sessions.
Clients book their calls from that same site. He set up two appointment types, a 30 minute consultation and a 45 minute welcome session.
He records his videos with the screen recorder built into Clonify, with nothing to install. The video above, where he tells this story, was recorded that way.
And he writes to his contact list from here. He has sent 1,795 emails and has two automations running on their own, like the one that delivers his host kit the moment someone fills in the form.
“I started out thinking it would be my clone, to give better service inside my training. In the end it turned into something else. That is three subscriptions we have already cancelled, Calendly, Loom and email marketing.”
The result
Roger has stopped paying for three subscriptions. Calendly, Loom and his email tool.
And now every meeting he runs, every live session he gives and every video he records leaves his clone knowing a little more, without him sitting down to teach it.
The surprising part
On top of that, all of it teaches the clone without Roger doing anything special.
When he finishes a meeting or a live session with his students, the recording is transcribed on its own. One button is enough for what was said there to become part of what his clone knows.
His clone has now learned from 408 of his materials. 218 of them are videos from his YouTube channel.
